Customer satisfaction is our primary objective. We gladly accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of receiving the product. We cannot honor exchanges or returns that are opened, used or worn in any way. As a courtesy to our customers, we do not charge a restocking fee. We do request however, that the product being returned is packed with care, and shipped to us in an adequately sized, cardboard box. If the product being returned arrives damaged due to improper packing, it will be returned to the customer, and no refund or exchange will be issued. The original shipping rate will be charged for shipping any exchange thereafter. All returns must be accompanied by the completed return/exchange form below.

The Scandinavian Company ships via FedEx Ground with no signature required unless otherwise specified. It is the customer’s responsibility to request signature, if the likelihood of theft may occur. In-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Out-of-stock orders are shipped from Sweden with an estimated time of arrival of 2-4 weeks, pending US Customs release. Most items ordered are charged and paid in full at time of processing, as they are handcrafted to order.
