Clogs by C&C Sweden are designed to fit snugly on the foot, with minimal room behind the heel to ensure proper arch support. Clogs by C&C Sweden will conform to the foot and wearers will move into the shoe about 1/8 to ¼ of an inch within hours of wearing creating a “Custom Fit” with little to no break-in period. Full Back Models are designed to fit loosely in the heel, to prevent rubbing and facilitate proper stride.
How do I take care of my Clogs by C&C Sweden?
All of our clogs can be gently cleaned with mild soap and water and a soft cloth. For stubborn scuffs on patent leather styles, petroleum jelly can be used with a terry cloth to buff the scuff away, and protect them from further scuffing. We recommend all suede styles being scotch-guarded to preserve natural beauty and color.
Are Clogs by C&C Sweden considered safety footwear?
Yes! All Clogs by C&C Sweden are certified slip and skid-resistant. They are included in many facilities safety programs, and are an ideal work shoe for any environment prone to spills or greasy floors. Our Patent and PU coated leathers are also spill proof/water-resistant. We will happily provide proof of slip/skid –resistance upon request.

While we do not offer a lifetime warranty, we do guarantee our products against any manufacturers’ defects within a reasonable amount of time and wear. Typical wear and tear is not considered a manufacturers defect. If you feel that you have received a product from us that is potentially defective, please contact us for details about returning or replacing your product.
Do I have to pay for shipping and sales tax?

What is your return policy?
Not a perfect fit? No Worries! If our products don’t make you look and feel fabulous, we’ll gladly take them back, and offer a return or exchange for up to 365 days from the purchase date. Products must be in unworn, “As New” condition, and packed with care in an adequately sized cardboard box, to avoid damage during shipping. We also offer FREE return shipping on the 1st exchange. Returns will be inspected by the fulfillment center within 72 hours of receipt, and your refund will be issued within 7 business days. All returns will incur a $13 re-stocking fee. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied a completed Return/Exchange Form.
